We have opened a recruitment for a 2-year doctoral researcher position in the "Mercury in the solar wind" ERC project at the Finnish Meteorological Institute. The PhD student will apply our global particle-based models to study the solar wind influence on Mercury and its environment and interpret observations from the BepiColombo mission, or, alternatively, focus on the model development for our supercomputer applications, depending on skills and interests.
