Candidates should hold a doctoral degree in Astronomy/Astrophysics or a related scientific area*, and have research experience in areas of star formation, search and characterization of low-mass stars, brown dwarfs or exoplanets, young stellar cluster studies, or a related area. Experience in writing telescope time proposals, performing astronomical observations and/or data reduction and analysis will be an asset. Funding for computing and travel will be provided.
The position should start before April 1st 2019, and has a duration of 30 months.
