Cancellation policy

All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to the congress secretariat in writing. Your booked dates will be the basis for your hotel invoice.

Refund policy

• Until 15 April 2017: 100% refund less management fee of 15 €
• From 16 April to 10 May 2017: 2 night cancellation fee applies
• From 11 May 2017 onwards and 'no-shows': No Refund, full charge will apply

Participants unable to attend may transfer their booking to another person.
