Your scientific ePoster will be displayed on an online virtual gallery including an interact function to enable connecting with other attendees. More details on ePosters will be provided later.

Guidelines for abstracts

  1. The abstract must be written in English. The abstract should be brief and concise.
  2. The abstract should not exceed 700 words and cannot contain figures and tables.
  3. The title should be short and informative, with a maximum length of two lines.
  4. The body of your abstract should have minimum 200 characters.

Reviewing process

Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific organisers of the various Symposia and Special/Lunch Sessions. The Scientific Organising Committee reserves the right to re-categorize the abstract.

Abstracts can be accepted either as ePoster, or as oral presentations. Details on ePoster format and full presentation guidelines will be included in a notification letter.
