New features

• Opening of the ePoster Gallery the week before the conference. ePoster(s) will be visible online on the virtual conference platform from June 21st.
• It gives the opportunity to visit the ePosters without agenda limitations and outside the conference busy days.
• Possibility for authors to add a video teaser on the ePoster (2-3 minutes) to encourage attendees to see more.
• Discussion slots available prior to and during the conference week.

Access to the K-Poster® Builder platform

You should have received an email with login details to access the K-Poster builder® platform that we strongly advise you to use (K-Poster Builder®), together with guidelines and tutorials to get used to the tool. Please contact us if you have not received your credentials to: eas2021@kuoni-congress.com This user-friendly platform allows you to create an interactive K-Poster® with dynamic content that a JPG/PDF cannot offer.

Publishing your K-Poster®

You can publish and modify your K-Poster®(s) at any time and once your poster is ready for the world to see, you need to publish it. Simply use your poster status to decide when your poster is ready to be shown. There is no deadline to publish the ePoster but we encourage you to have it ready for the opening of the ePoster Gallery on the virtual conference platform on June 21st. Seize the opportunity to have your ePoster available for viewing for longer than only the conference week.
