Take advantage of the early bird fee before 24 April 2014 (extended). Please be aware that late registration fees will also rise after 15 June 2014. Desk registration will be limited.

Registration fees include:

• Admission to all sessions (5 days)
• All lunches & Coffee breaks (5 days)
• Congress documents
• Welcome Cocktail (reservation required)

Registration fees do not include:

• Accommodation
• Conference Dinner (reservation required)
• Touristic excursion
• Travel expenses
• Personal insurance

All sessions will be held in English. There is no simultaneous translation provided.

Grants

The European Astronomical Society (EAS) provides a limited number of travel grants to attend the EWASS meeting. They are restricted to EAS members by the end (Dec. 31) of the year preceding the EWASS. They are mainly intended for young participants. The decision will be made on the basis of the justification and the scientific contribution.

Grant requests are accepted from the opening of the registration (January 8th) to the deadline for Abstract Submission (March 15th). The candidates will be informed on the status (granted or not) of their funding request before the end of the Early Registration deadline.

Method of payment

All payments must be made in Swiss Francs (CHF). Full prepayment is needed prior to the conference.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to the Congress Secretariat in writing (fax, letter or e-mail) at any stage prior to or during the event.

Fees will be refunded after the conference (CHF), according to the following policy:

• Cancellations received before April 15th, 2014:
  100% refund less bank charges.
• Cancellations received between April 15th, 2014 and June 15th, 2014:
  An administration fee of 50 CHF (~ 40 €) will be charged.
• Cancellations received after June 15th, 2014:
  no refund can be made.

Substitutions can be made at any time by contacting the congress secretariat in writing. Organizers shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained.
