Abstract Submission / Presentation Upload

Obsolete information on presentation upload

You can upload your oral presentation (slides) at any time until 31 August 2014. It will then be made available on the individual session pages for future reference. To upload your presentation, use the Speaker Portal link below. Please note that you can only upload PDF documents (.pdf) with a maximum size of 8MB.

Obsolete information on abstract submission

Abstracts are no more accepted since 31 May 2014.

Abstracts are to be submitted for a specific Symposium or Special Session. Please refer to the list of sessions and topics listed in the Program.

All abstracts must be formally submitted in English via the online Abstract Submission System. Please note that abstracts sent by fax or regular mail will not be accepted.

For the preparation of your abstract please download the abstract template and follow the abstract guidelines.

Do not forget to indicate the presenting author for each abstract. The presenting author is expected to attend the meeting and is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

Please ensure that the e-mail address is typed correctly otherwise you will not be able to receive important messages regarding the status of the abstract. A confirmation email indicating a successful upload will be automatically sent to your email address. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

No changes can be made to the abstract after the submission deadline.

For technical questions regarding your abstract submission and for any other queries, please contact the Congress Secretariat at ewass2014 @ ch.kuoni.com.

Reviewing process

Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific organizers of the various Symposia and Special Sessions. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to re-categorize the abstract.

Abstracts can be accepted either as poster, oral communication. Details on poster format and full presentation guidelines will be included in a notification letter.

Notification regarding the status of your abstact acceptance (oral, poster or rejected) will be sent to the abstract author in April 2014.
