As in previous years, hotel booking for EAS 2026 is being managed by Kuoni Tumlare Congress in partnership with HotelMap, our trusted booking platform.

Note that there are hotels located in Lausanne or in nearby Morges (with good connections to the EPFL campus and the SwissTech centre) and in the Lavaux region.

Registered Attendees policy

• The European Astronomical Society (EAS) and Kuoni Tumlare Congress are not responsible for any bookings (including cancellations, changes, special requests, etc.) made through the HotelMap booking platform, third-party websites, or directly with hotels.
• The exclusive hotel rates and rooms are reserved specifically for attendees of EAS 2026, including participants, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and other invited guests. Hotels reserve the right to cancel bookings made by individuals who are not registered for EAS 2026.

Important information on unsolicited requests for hotels

The EAS strongly recommends booking accommodation for EAS 2026 exclusively through our official partner, Kuoni Tumlare Congress, via the HotelMap booking platform.

Please exercise caution if you receive unsolicited offers for hotel rooms or other services, or unsolicited phone calls asking to confirm your hotel reservations. We strongly advise against engaging with these companies, as we cannot accept responsibility for any adverse consequences resulting from such interactions.
