The SwissTech Convention Center is highly accessible by public transport, train, car, and plane.
From Lausanne City Centre:From Lausanne-Flon, take Metro M1 toward Renens and get off at EPFL. Depending on your location in Lausanne, you may also need to take buses or the Metro M2 (e.g., from Lausanne train station) to Lausanne-Flon.
Public transport is easy to plan using the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB/CFF/FFS) schedules and Lausanne's local transit network. From Geneva Airport (GVA)Frequent SBB trains depart from Geneva Airport to Lausanne. From Lausanne station, continue by Metro as above. From Zurich Airport (ZRH)Trains from Zurich Airport to Lausanne.
Reach the venue by car
From major motorways (A1/E25), exit at Lausanne Sud-UNIL/EPFL. Parking is available nearby (e.g., Parking EPFL-SwissTech Village, Parking Campus EPFL, or P+R Bourdonnette). Taxis and ride-share services are widely available in Lausanne and can bring you directly to the STCC from anywhere in the city in ~15 minutes depending on traffic. Note: Lausanne's city center and campus roads can be busy, so public transport is often faster and recommended.
