Accommodation

Our local partner, CONVIN SA, reserved a number of guest rooms in several hotels in Athens. Hotels can be booked when registering or later on.

Hotel rates listed below are per room per night, including taxes and breakfast.

Besides the Metropolitan Hotel, which is directly at the venue, the other hotels proposed here are only at about 10 minutes from the conference venue by public transportation (bus). More information on the venue page.

In general rooms are available on 3-8 July 2016. Additional nights are only available upon request and are subject to hotel availability.

Rooms will be assigned on a "first come, first served" basis.

A first night deposit per reserved room is required to secure your hotel reservation. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit payment. The remaining amount is to be paid before 11 April 2016.

We recommend that all participants take out a personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations and changes are to be submitted in writing. Your originally booked dates will be the basis for your hotel invoice. Please note that no refunds will be made for any cancellation (after 2 Feb. 2016)!
