Conference Venue
EWASS 2016 will be held in Athens, Greece at the Eugenides Foundation and the Metropolitan hotel, which are located across the street from each other. The venue is only a 15 minute drive from Constitution (Syntagma) Square, the city centre, and from the Piraeus port.

How to reach the venue ?

If you are staying at one of the suggested hotels, your hotel will provide a free shuttle bus to and from the venue.
- By public transportation

The venue is accessible by public transportation via the following bus routes:
- B2, 550, E2, E22 (Onaseio stop)
- A2 (Iasonos stop)
- 126 (Trapeza stop)
Participants can catch these buses from the metro station Syggrou-Fix on the red line (M2), which is the nearest metro station to the venue and near several of the suggested hotels. The bus ride from Syggrou-Fix station to the venue is about 10 minutes. Realtime passenger information for the bus arrival times at the station Syggrou-Fix is available here. Tickets within the city of Athens (1.4 €) are valid for all means of transport within 90 minutes of validation.
