ePosters

At EAS 2024, only ePosters will be available.

The scientific ePosters will be shown on an online ePoster platform, which will be accessible from your laptop as well as on onsite screens. ePosters will be available to both onsite and online attendees. Prior to the conference, ePosters will also be made available online, allowing participants to view them beforehand.

ePosters enable presenters to more effectively convey information that would not be possible with a traditional printed poster, and it increases visuals to captivate the attention of attendees while also protecting the environment!

The platform to create ePosters allows participants to include various elements such as a video teaser, narration, movies, links to video recordings, and much more.

More information about ePosters will be available after the formal acceptance letter.

Reviewing process

Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific organisers of the various Symposia and Special/Lunch Sessions. The EAS 2024 SOC reserves the right to re-categorize the abstract.

Abstracts can be accepted as an ePoster or as an oral presentation. Details on ePoster format and full presentation guidelines will be included in a notification letter.

Notification regarding the status of the abstract acceptance (oral, ePoster or rejected) were sent April 24, 2024. Due to technical problems, many arrived on April 25, but all should have now been received (please check you spam).
