Accommodation

You will be able to book a room during the registration process. If you have already registered, you can also add a room afterwards.

Full prepayment per reserved room is required to secure your hotel reservation. We recommend that all participants take out a personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Important information on unsolicited requests for hotels

The EAS strongly recommends booking accommodation for EWASS 2019 exclusively through our official partner, Kuoni Congress. We especially urge caution when receiving unsolicited offers to provide hotel rooms or other services, or unsolicited phone calls requesting, e.g., to confirm your hotel reservations. We strongly advise you not to engage with any of these other companies, and cannot accept any responsibility for adverse consequences should you choose to do so. In case of any questions, kindly contact Kuoni Congress at ewass2019 @ kuoni.com.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations and changes must be received in writing to ewass2019 @ kuoni.com. Your originally booked dates will be the basis for your hotel invoice.

The hotel has the right to charge your full stay in case of no-show and/or late cancellations and reduction of stay.

Early Departure Fee: Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed.

Refund policy

Refund will be done before the congress less management fee of 15 €.
The early bird rates are not refundable and not modifiable.

• Campanile, Apparthotel Lagrange, Globe & Cecil hotels
  • From the booking day to 25 April 2019 : no charge (except the management fee of 15 €)
  • From 26 April 2019 onwards and 'no-shows" : no refund, full charge will apply

• Ibis, Mercure, Mama Shelter, Appart City, B&B hotels
  • From the booking day to 24 May 2019 : no charge (except the management fee of 15 €)
  • From 25 May 2019 onwards and 'no-shows' : no refund, full charge will apply

Participants unable to attend may transfer their booking to another person.
