You will be able to book a room during the registration process. A wide range of hotels are available.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to the Congress Secretariat in writing. Your booked dates will be the basis for your hotel invoice.

Refund policy

• Until 25 January 2018: 100% refund less management fee of 15 GPB
• From 26 January to 16 February 2018: 2 night cancellation fee applies
• From 17 February 2018 onwards and 'no-shows': No Refund, full charge will apply

Participants unable to attend may transfer their booking to another person.
