ePosters

At EAS 2022, only ePosters will be available. The scientific ePoster will be displayed on an online ePoster platform, available from your laptop but also on large displays onsite. Both onsite and online participants will have access to ePosters. ePosters will also be made accessible online prior to the conference, allowing participants to see them in advance.

ePosters allow presenters to more effectively convey information that would not be feasible with a traditional printed poster, and it improves visualization to attract the attention of attendees while also conserving the environment! With the ePoster builder tool at disposal, you will have the options to include: a video teaser, narration, movies, links to video recordings, etc.

Reviewing process

Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific organisers of the various Symposia and Special/Lunch Sessions. The Scientific Organising Committee reserves the right to re-categorize the abstract.

Abstracts can be accepted either as ePoster, or as oral presentations. Details on ePoster format and full presentation guidelines will be included in a notification letter.

Notification regarding the status of your abstract acceptance (oral, ePoster or rejected) is expected to be sent to the abstract author mid-April 2022.
