2022-June-16: We are close to 2000 participants, more than 1700 in-person. Updated plenary speaker page with titles; added code of conduct page. Conference dinner and Astro Run are now fully booked. Added COVID-19 information page.
2022-June-9: Updated plenary speaker schedule.
2022-May-30: Added interactive programme. Corrected few typos. Added further sponsors and exhibitors.
2022-May-19: Updated programme page, changing LS10 to SS40 (now on Tuesday) and adding the general poster session SS39. We have reached more than 1600 on-site participants!

2022-Mar-10: Abstract submission is now closed (also the fee waiver/travel grant requests). We have received 2068 contributed abstracts, close to the level of EAS 2021 which was fully virtual. The session SOCs have now started to review the abstracts. Added the Plenary talks page.

2022-Jan-22: Clarified registration and abstract guidelines. Added sponsoring & exhibition page.
2022-Jan-18: Opening of registration and abstract submission. Request for registration fee waivers and/or grants open. Venue, Travel, and Social events details also provided. Access to session websites available. Renamed poster to graphics webpage and added therein the EAS 2022 virtual background.
2021-Dec-21: List of sessions and programme overview available. The session web pages will be open in mid-January 2022, when the registration opens.
2021-Oct-11: 72 proposals for sessions were submitted. The SOC is now looking into them. The list of SOC members is now added.
2021-Jul-16: Website on-line and call for sessions released.

Ethics and Anti-harassment statement

The EAS considers its annual meetings to be a privileged occasion for free and frank interchange of scientific ideas, as well as for the nurturing and creation of professional and social contacts. Any abuse of power or inappropriate behaviour has no place at EAS 2022.

On 23 January 2018, EAS Council has adopted the EAS Ethics Statement and Guidelines for Good Practice. These will apply during EAS 2022 and all participants are urged to read the document and follow its recommendations.
