Child care availability

To help parents and careers attending EAS 2023, we are delighted to offer childcare services to all registered participants.

The kindergarten is in Ruczaj, around 15 minutes by direct tram from the conference centre.

• Weekly stay for children aged 2.5-6 years.

The children will be under the care of experienced teachers and will have access to a playground area, a meadow, and a garden where they grow vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Also other activities, such as outdoor games, art workshops, dancing classes, culinary classes, archaeological workshops, holiday cinema, etc. will be organized.

During the day (from 8 to 5 pm) children will receive 5 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, and second afternoon tea) Please check out the following webpages for more details on the facilities

To register please send via e-mail by April 30, 2023, to przedszkolejci @ jci.pl the following data: child's name; date of birth of the child; country, communication language, parent's name and surname, and parent's phone number.

Parents will be contacted after receiving the child's application to inform them about the terms and guidelines of the service.

Service cost estimate per child for a weekly stay: 150€
