Scientific writing is an essential skill in the career of an astrophysicist. However, most researchers never receive formal training in academic writing. Come join our discussion over lunch on various aspects related to writing in astronomy and astrophysics. We will talk about writing style, presentation, audience, how to craft a clear title, abstract and structuring the paragraphs for your paper or proposal.
