Registered Attendees policy

• The European Astronomical Society (EAS) & Kuoni Tumlare Congress will not be held responsible for any bookings (incl. cancellation, change, special request, etc.) made through their partner the HotelMap booking platform, via any third-party website or made directly at the hotels.
• These exclusive hotel rates and rooms are only for attendees of the EAS 2024 (participants, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and other invited guests). The hotels reserve the right to cancel any hotel bookings made by persons who are not attending the EAS 2024.
