Volunteer information for EAS2025

The EAS 2025 Hosting Committee is looking for volunteers to help with the local organisation of the event. Volunteers will be granted:

• a fee waiver (see conditions below)
• access to coffee breaks
• access to the welcome reception
• access to the student's social event
• lunch voucher on the days working as volunteers

Volunteers are expected to help with different aspects of the organisation for as many hours as they wish. Please take into account that to obtain the fee waiver, volunteers need to work for at least 5 shifts (approx. 2,5 days or 5 half days in total during the week). Candidates will be allocated a minimum of 6 shifts of volunteering - but should remain available for more during the week, in case of last minute issues.

Volunteers requirements:

• English speaking
• Feel comfortable with computer and human exchanges
• Be able to attend the volunteer training in person at the conference venue on Sunday 22 June afternoon.
