Child care availability

• EPFL Summer camp: EPFL-organized summer camp for children from 5 to 10 with French- and English-speaking educators. Price: 380 CHF per week meals included - registration possible for entire week only. Location: EPFL Le Polychinelle, 1km or 5 min of walking distance from the congress centre. In case of interest, please, contact eas2026-lhc @ listes.epfl.ch before May 1st. The official registration link will be available on April 20th and will be communicated to participants interested in this solution
• University of Lausanne in collaboration with local sports clubs, offers a full week of supervised sports activities for children aged 8 to 12. The camp will take place from 29 June to 3 July 2026, from 08:00 to 17:45, and includes a choice of different sports in a single, dedicated venue. All activities are led by specialised coaches. • Topnanny.ch is a Switzerland-based platform that helps families connect with nannies and babysitters. Parents can consult profiles, review experience and references, and get in touch directly to discuss availability and arrangements. Participants attending the conference with children may use this platform to explore childcare options during conference days, whether for a few hours or for several days. Early contact is recommended to confirm availability and practical details.
