Reviewing process

Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific organisers of the various Symposia and Special/Lunch Sessions. The EAS 2025 SOC reserves the right to re-categorize the abstract.

Abstracts can be accepted as

  • ePoster
  • ePoster with flash talk presentation (PSP)
  • Contributed talk

Notification regarding the status of the abstract acceptance should be received by the abstract submitter around mid April 2025.

ePosters

The scientific ePosters will be displayed on an online platform accessible from both laptops and onsite screens. These ePosters will be available to all attendees, whether they are participating onsite or online. Additionally, ePosters will be made accessible online before the conference, allowing participants to review them in advance.

ePosters provide presenters with an opportunity to convey information more effectively than traditional printed posters. They also offer enhanced visual engagement to capture attendees' attention while supporting environmental sustainability.

The ePoster creation platform enables participants to include a variety of interactive elements, such as video teasers, narrations, movies, links to video recordings, and more.

Registration fee are required for:

  • Plenary Talks: Live, in-person presentations.
  • Symposia Talks: Live presentations, either in person or remotely.
  • Special & Lunch Session Talks: Delivered in person or via a prerecorded presentation.
  • PSP Presenters (flash talks) who give their presentation in person.

If you do not plan to attend in person, you may request Virtual Access, which allows your ePoster to be displayed in the ePoster Gallery. Additionally, if you have been granted a PSP, you may submit a pre-recorded presentation only.
