Child care availability

Aiming to assist parents and careers attending EAS 2020, we are delighted to propose child care services to all registered participants, at the conference venue.

How does the Childcare Service work?

  • This service is available during the conference, from Monday to Friday, from 08h30 to 18h00 at the participants' expenses and only upon registration. Note that the EAS sponsors parts of the costs.
  • Children are looked after on site by nannies.
  • The Childcare Service is easy to find, located in a playground in the Lunch area.
  • Children from 0-12 years of age are welcome.
  • You can use the childcare service as you please, you can drop off and take out your child whenever as long as he/she is registered for the day.
  • We recommend the parents to collect the children for meals; however, nannies will be able to give the meal to the children/babies if necessary.
  • Parents must provide nappies and any specific equipment that their children need.
  • Daily age-appropriate activities will be organized.
  • The working language of the EAS Childcare Service is English and Dutch.
  • How to register your child?

  • Parents must register their children by April 30th by using the registration form.
  • Once registered, you will be emailed to confirm your registration.
  • Onsite registration will be possible during EAS. However, places are subject to availability and will be allocated on a strictly first come, first served basis.

  • As childcare space is limited, registration will be on a first-come first-served basis. Your place can only be confirmed after payment of the registration fee.
