Registration

Registration fees include:

• Access to the virtual platform and to all sessions during the conference week (one day only for one-day registration)
• Access to all the interactive tools, chat and mobile App
• Access to the recorded sessions, for one month after the conference

• Electronic materials needed to attend the conference online
• Personal insurance

All sessions will be held in English. There is no simultaneous translation provided.

Payment terms

Full prepayment is needed prior to the conference. An invoice will be sent upon request only (eas2020 @ kuoni-congress.com) after the conference at no charge.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to the Congress Secretariat in written form at any stage prior to or during the event. E-mail: eas2020 @ kuoni-congress.com

Fees will be refunded after the conference, according to the following policy for cancellations received:

• before June 4^th, 2020: 100% refund less bank charges (15 €).
• from June 5^th, 2020: No refund can be made.

Substitutions can be made at any time before the conference starts, by contacting the Congress Secretariat in written form. The organisers shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained.

Data protection

We inform you that your personal data will be added to the Kuoni Congress' database for information related to EAS annual meetings. By filling in the registration form, you authorize Kuoni Congress and the European Astronomical Society to use your personal data for the mentioned purposes (see form). EAS (as organiser) has commissioned Kuoni Congress with registration, abstract handling, hotel booking and exhibition related tasks. Kuoni Congress is a serious congress services provider respecting your privacy and protecting the personal information that we handle. All personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, in the light of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). To exercise your right to access to, rectification and cancellation of this information, contact the Congress Secretariat (eas2020 @ kuoni-congress.com).

Liability

Kuoni shall act as a mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred or any damage inflicted on persons or objects irrespective of whatsoever cause. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Geneva.
